If after six months the bookings we generate don’t make our fee sustainable, we keep working at it with our team until they do. The guarantee covers our fee, not your media budget: that ad spend stays your investment.

As a rule, within three months of starting we can tell whether the digital-marketing investment can become sustainable.

In other sectors we already have plenty. In luxury hotels we want our first ones — which is why, for a limited introductory period, we’ve lowered our rates for the hotels that come on board now, before those case studies land.

This is the minimum rate. The media budget (your ad spend) is a separate conversation: it depends on your strategy and goals — how many markets we run, how many services we switch on, how much ambition there is. We define it together, on the call.
