Our guarantee

We’re judged on one thing: the bookings we bring you.

If after six months the bookings we generate don’t make our fee sustainable, we keep working at it with our team until they do. The guarantee covers our fee, not your media budget: that ad spend stays your investment.

As a rule, within three months of starting we can tell whether the digital-marketing investment can become sustainable.

  • Numbers both sides can verify. Only bookings from the channels we run — tracked links, dedicated codes and landing pages. No estimates, no inflated attribution.
  • Value agreed upfront. Together we set the average value of a booking, so you always know, month by month, where you stand against your investment.
  • One condition. We work as a team: at some points in the project we’ll need your input — but don’t worry, we’ll be precise about what we need and by when. We bring the bookings; keeping guests happy and the word-of-mouth going — still a vital channel — is on you.

In other sectors we already have plenty. In luxury travel we want our first three — which is why, for a limited introductory period, we’ve lowered our rates for those who come on board now, before those case studies land.

Our rate $6,500 /month $5,000 /month Minimum rate, the starting point.

This is the minimum rate. The media budget (your ad spend) is a separate conversation: it depends on your strategy and goals — how many markets we run, how many services we switch on, how much ambition there is. We define it together, on the call.

Two weeks for strategy, two more for set up: within a month everything is ready to launch. The timelines go in the contract, starting from when you give us the information we need.

If needed we arrange it and come, but most of the time it isn’t necessary: our creatives use a range of AI tools to produce high-fidelity creative. And if you already have photos, you send them over — from there we create new photos or video scenes of the property in use. You test and approve every piece of creative.

Never. No creative and no strategy goes live without your sign-off.

No, it sits alongside them. The goal is to reduce dependence on the platforms and build a channel of your own, where the relationship with the guest — and the margin — stay yours.
